PONDICHERRY, MARCH 5. The Lt Governor, M.M. Lakhera, laid the foundation for a school `L`ecole Internationale: the study' promoted by the Dr K.M. Cherian Educational Society at Kalapet near here today. Speaking at the function, he said education was a key tool for progress and development of personality. He lauded the efforts of the society in formulating a scheme to have the school in a rural environ with multifarious facilities. The Chief Minister, N. Rangasamy, said education was a priority in Pondicherry.
