Four houses burgled

HYDERABAD, MARCH 5. Miscreants gained entry into the house belonging to a HAL employee, Dhanunjaya, at Shivaji Nagar in Chatrinaka, and decamped with 18 tola gold ornaments and Rs. 35,000. The police said that Dhanunjaya along with his family was out of town and returned on Friday. They lodged a complaint with the Chatrinaka police.

In a separate incident, the house belonging to M. Prasad, an employee with a soft drink firm, was burgled. The robbers took away 15 tola gold ornaments from his house at Rehmatnagar in Yousufguda, while the inmates were away.

In the third case, robbers broke into the house of Mohammed Abdullah at Mahboob Colony in Tappachabutra and took away 15 tola gold ornaments when the family members had gone out.

In the fourth case, robbers entered the office of Campco Limited at Himayatnagar and left with Rs. 37,000. The Narayanguda police registered a case.
