Water board lineman thrashed

HYDERABAD, MARCH. 5. The Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board on Saturday said that closing down of sluice valve to stop unauthorised water supply, led to the thrashing of their lineman of Maisaram section, Syed Mohsin Ali, on Friday.

Mohsin Ali was allegedly beaten up by five persons, residents of Hafiz Baba Nagar, when he shut down the sluice valve.
