CHENNAI, MARCH 6. V.S. Sambandan, Special Correspondent of The Hindu has been unanimously elected Honorary Secretary of the Foreign Correspondents Association of Sri Lanka for 2005 at the annual general meeting of the Association in Colombo on March 4.
