PATNA, MARCH 7. The Rashtriya Janata Dal supremo and Railway Minister, Lalu Prasad, who returned from New Delhi today, said he was now a tension-free, relaxed man. "I'm not worried about loss of power. I have ruled for 15 years. I'm still in power. It is a problem only for those hankering for it." Mr. Prasad said he was not a person who would do any thing that would ensure the return of the communal forces. He did not hide his anger and opposition to the decision to impose President's rule in Bihar. "The RJD's right and all democratic practices had been bypassed and President's rule had been imposed." He would attend the next Cabinet meeting as usual. But he made it clear that he would maintain his efforts to form a government in the State.
