ANANTAPUR, MARCH 9. The District and Sessions Court today denied bail to Rammohan Reddy, a suspect in the Paritala Ravindra murder case, who is currently in judicial custody now. After hearing arguments by defence and prosecution, the Judge, M. Bhaskar, quashed the bail plea of Rammohan Reddy. On the petition filed by Bhanumati, wife of G. Suryanarayana Reddy alias Suri, who is named in the FIR of the case as a conspirator along with her husband and two others, for anticipatory bail the court postponed the hearing to March 17. Hearing on the petition moved by the CBI seeking permission for taking blood samples and specimen signatures of suspects arrested in the case so far will be resumed tomorrow in the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate Court. Meanwhile, the CBI is learnt to questioned several TDP leaders and activists who were present at the party office on January 24 at the time of the killing. The ZPTC member from Guntakal, R. Rangappa Chowdary, was among those questioned.
