The columns show maximum and minimum temperature in Celsius, rainfall during last 24 hours (tr-trace) and total rainfall in mm since Mar. 1, 2005. Isolated rain likely in Tamil Nadu CHENNAI, MARCH 10. Rainfall occurred at many places over Telangana. Isolated rainfall occurred over Tamil Nadu, Rayalaseema and interior Karnataka. Mainly dry weather prevailed over Kerala and coastal Andhra Pradesh and dry weather prevailed over coastal Karnataka and Lakshadweep. The chief amounts of rainfall recorded in centimeters are:- Nagercoil (Kanyakumari dt.) 3, Yemmiganur (Kurnool dt.), Hyderabad Airport, Hanumsagara (Koppal dt.), Kudalasangam (Bagalkote dt.), Bellary and Pargi (Rengareddy dt.) 2 each and Nanguneri (Tirunelveli dt.) 1. On Wednesday, the maximum temperature fell at one or two places over interior Tamil Nadu, Rayalaseema, rose at one or two places over south Kerala and changed little elsewhere over the region. They were appreciably above normal at a few places over coastal Tamil Nadu, at one or two places over south Kerala, above normal at one or two places over rest Tamil Nadu, coastal Karnatak, south coastal Andhra Pradesh, appreciably below normal at one or two places over Telangana, below normal at one or two places over rest Telangana, Rayalaseema, rest Tamil Nadu and were generally normal over the rest of the region. Cuddapah recorded the highest maximum temperature of 38 degree Celsius in the region.
