VISAKHAPATNAM, MARCH 10. It is another case of `confession' by a `killer' of the TDP MLA, Paritala Ravindra. A young man, Gouri Shankara Rao, who is said to be mentally unsound and in an inebriation condition, was seen moving near the Police Control Room here uttering something related to the murder of the MLA on Sivaratri day, a day before the second post-mortem was performed on the exhumed body of Ravindra. The city police, who questioned him and suspected him to be mentally-retarded. The Central Bureau of Investigation, which is investigating the Paritala murder case, was informed and officials from the local CBI office also grilled him. Though he has been in the custody of the police since Tuesday, the reported `surrender' came to light on Thursday. The police are likely to book a bind-over case against him to complete formalities.
