NEW DELHI, MARCH 12. Justice G. N. Ray, a former judge of the Supreme Court, has been appointed the Chairman of the Press Council for a three-year term beginning March 11. He was nominated by a committee comprising the Vice-President, Lok Sabha Speaker and a representative of the Press Council of India, an official release said here today.
