Srimanth shines

HYDERABAD, MARCH 14. An all-round performance by Srimanth who took three wickets for nine runs and then scored an unbeaten 31, helped The Hindu to defeat Times of India by seven wickets in a friendly match held at the Amberpet ground here on Sunday.

The scores: Times of India 70 (Srinath three for eight, Srimanth three for nine) lost to The Hindu 72 for three (Srimanth 31 not out, Kishna Rao 30 not out ).
