He was inaugurating a meeting organised by the P.J. Antony Memorial Foundation here today to mark the 26th death anniversary of Antony. Prof. Azhikode said that Antony belonged to a generation which always maintained the attitude that it had something significant to tell society. Remembering Antony's memorable role of the oracle in `Nirmalyam,' he said, "it's really embodied his life. His was a life dedicated to the Goddess of Art." The Foundation president, E.N. Purushothaman, presided over the function. N. Radhakrishnan Nair, former secretary, Kerala Kalamandalam, offered felicitations. The Foundation secretary, Pooyapilly Thankappan, welcomed the audience.
