EEPC award for CRI Pumps
COIMBATORE: CRI Pumps has won the Engineering Export Promotion Council (EEPC) export award for the highest export performance in pumps (Southern Region) for 2002-03. The capacity of the company has crossed six lakh pumps a year, with 800 varieties of pumps. It markets the products in more than 40 countries and has won the award in the medium-scale units segment. A release from the company said that it was one of the few companies in the world to produce 100 per cent stainless steel submersible pumps. The company had opened a branch in Visakhapatnam. This was its fourth branch in Andhra Pradesh and the 30th in the country.
