Sand lorry owners submit list of demands

CHENNAI, MARCH 15. The Federation of Chennai, Kancheepuram, Tiruvallur Sand Lorry Owners' Welfare Associations has demanded a separate board to regulate sand quarrying and action against officials who fail to distribute quarried sand uniformly to all transporters.

Members of the Federation took out a rally today and submitted a memorandum at the Secretariat.
