CHENNAI, MARCH 15. The Army has called for applications from men in Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh for filling up vacancies in the post of junior commissioned officer (catering). Men aged between 21 and 27, at least 166 cm in height, 50 kg in weight and 77 cm in chest measurement and who have passed the Plus-Two examination and a diploma/certificate course in cookery/hotel management/catering technology from a recognised institute are eligible. Those interested may contact the nearest branch recruiting office or the headquarters recruiting zone at Fort St. George, Chennai. The last date for submitting applications is April 2, according to a release.
