MADURAI, MARCH 15. Sleuths of the Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption today conducted a raid on the premises of a Madurai Kamaraj University employee and seized "incriminating" documents. According to the police, the raid was organised following specific information that the employee, an assistant manager in the MKU Stores Department, had amassed wealth disproportionate to his known sources of income. DVAC teams conducted the raids simultaneously at his residence at Nagamalai Pudukottai and his shop at the Periyar bus stand. A case has been registered against the employee, the sources added.
