Disruption in power supply

COIMBATORE, MARCH 15 . Power supply will be disrupted in the following areas on March 17 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. because of shutdown of the Seeranaickenpalayam substation for maintenance: Seeranaickenpalayam, P. N. Pudur, Vadavalli, Marudamalai, Vedapatti, Veerakeralam, Selvapuram,Velandi palayam, Saibaba Colony, R. S. Puram, Bazaar Street 33 Division and Ponnaiah Rajapuram. Power supply will be disrupted on March 18 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the areas coming under the Arasur and Sarvanampatty substations.

Grievances day

The Superintending Engineer, TNEB, Coimbatore Central, will conduct a grievances day meeting on March 16 at 11 a.m. at the office of the executive engineer, Town hall. The Superintending Engineer, TNEB, Coimbatore North, will conduct a grievances day meeting on March 16 at 11 a. m. at the office of the executive engineer, Mettupalayam. The Agricultural Productivity Council and farmers' grievances day will be held at the Collectorate on March 18 at 10 a.m.

Eye camp

The Sankara Eye Centre will conduct a free eye screening camp on March 16 at 9 a.m. at Bishop Ambrose College in association with the District Blindness control society.
