BANGALORE, MARCH 15. Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) on Tuesday completed the process of refunding the initial deposit to those who had applied for allotment of sites at the proposed Arkavathi Layout. According to a press release from the BDA, initial deposits of 2.15 lakh applicants have been refunded. The BDA has returned Rs. 824.19 crores to applicants. It has prepared a list of 20,000 probable allottees of 2.35 lakh applicants.
