BSNL service centre opened

KOCHI, MARCH 16. The BSNL has opened a Customer Service Centre on the premises of the Central Telegraph Office, MG Road. The centre will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day including Sundays and holidays.

Land phone and mobile phone bills, both in cash and cheque, will be accepted at the centre. Bills will be accepted even after the due date, with surcharge.

Services like telegrams, fax, internet browsing, video conference are available here.

Commercial services for providing new connections for land and mobile phones will be introduced shortly, according to a press release.
