Videocon to issue GDRs
NEW DELHI,
MARCH 18.
Videocon Industries today said it would raise capital of up to Rs. 2,000 crores. The board of directors have approved the issue of Global Depository Receipts and equity shares through private placement or on a rights basis for up to Rs. 2,000 crores, including premium, Videocon informed the Bombay Stock Exchange. The board has given approval for the increase in the company's authorised capital to Rs. 300 crores, it said. — PTI
