BDA Bill tabled in Assembly

BANGALORE, MARCH 18. The Chief Minister, N. Dharam Singh, today tabled in the Legislative Assembly the Bangalore Development Authority (Amendment) Bill, 2005, to effect changes in Section 10 of the BDA Act, 1976, to empower the BDA Commissioner to sanction estimates of up to Rs. 50 lakhs.
