`Herbal Care' launched

BANGALORE,
MARCH 20.
Karnataka Soaps and Detergents Ltd (KS&DL), which is known for its Mysore sandal soap brand all over the country, launched its "Herbal Care" natural soap here on Saturday.
The Minister for Tourism, D.T. Jayakumar, who participated in the function, referred to the history of KS&DL, which was set up in the erstwhile Mysore State by its ruler Nalwadi Krishnaraja Wadiyar under the guidance of Sir M. Visvesvaraya.
The company has kept pace with the latest developments and received ISO 9001 certification for consistent quality and ISO 14001 for its eco-friendly products. The KS&DL Chairman, V.S. Gudisagar, spoke.
