Free computer courses for underprivileged candidates

CHENNAI, MARCH 20. Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's Gandhi Institute of Computer Education, and Information Technology is offering free computer courses such as DTP, Visual Basic, Accounts Assistant and .Net for underprivileged candidates aged between 18 and 35 years.

The organisation has introduced a new course on Autocad-LT, this year. Applications for the courses will be available at 18-22, East Mada Street, Mylapore until April 12 on payment of Rs. 50.

An aptitude test will be held on April 17.

Candidates are free to select any batch between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. for the three month long course according to the availability of seats and merit ranking in the test.
