Alagappan's team wins
TIRUCHI,
MARCH 22.
Alagappan's team comprising C. Alaggpan, S. Viswanathan, Murali , V. Perumal and Kasthuri, collected 164 points to emerge victorious at the recently concluded Progressive Duplicate bridge tournament conducted by the Tiruchi District Association at the Srirangam Club, Srirangam.
Kumarappan's team comprising R. M. Kumarapan, R. Prabakar, M. Gunasekar, M. Saravan, finished second with 154 pints. The prize money for the tournament was sponsored by V. Ramprasad, president, TDBA.
