MADANAPALLE, MARCH 22. Jotsna (20), a degree first year student of biotechnology, B.T.College, Madanapalle, allegedly committed suicide on Sunday by hanging herself to a fan at her residence in Prasanthnagar. She was said to have taken the extreme step for failure to get her hall ticket as there were some dues to be paid to the college. In a letter, she said that none was responsible for her death. The Two Town police have registered a case.
