Balakrishna case: police to move High Court

HYDERABAD,
MARCH 22.
The Hyderabad police decided to file an appeal in the High Court in the shooting case in which film actor, Balakrishna, was acquitted.
Police sources said proposals had already been sent to the Government in this regard and orders permitting the city police to move the appellate court would be released in a couple of days. The police would also appeal to prosecute the two "hostile witnesses" -- film producer, Bellamkonda Suresh, and astrologer, Satyanarayana Choudhary.
