Ticket sale from tomorrow

Sale of tickets for the India-Pakistan one-day international match will commence at 9 a.m. on Friday at the 18 eSeva centres in the district.

The stadium has a capacity of 24,670 spectators and 19,720 tickets will be on sale. Of them, 11,220 will be sold through the eSeva Centres, 3,450 in Hyderabad (through SBI branches of Hyderabad, Secunderabad and Film Nagar), 3,350 through other south zone State cricket associations and Andhra Cricket Association-affiliated district associations while 1,700 have been earmarked for statutory sale.

The eSeva centres at Asilmetta, R.K. Beach and Suryabagh will sell Rs. 5,000, Rs. 3,000, Rs. 2,000 and Rs. 1,000 tickets along with Rs. 500 and Rs. 200 tickets. The rest of the eSeva centres will sell only Rs. 500 and Rs. 200 tickets, according to the Collector, Praveen Prakash. A token will be issued on entering the eSeva centre for the ticket and only two tickets will be sold to each person.
