KOZHIKODE, MARCH 24. The Hindu Aikya Vedi has termed the decision of the State Government to commence the rescheduled SSLC examination on Vishu Day (April 15) as an insult to the Hindu community. The vedi's State unit secretary, P.K. Sahadevan, in a statement here today, demanded that the Government reschedule the examination. He said the leak of question papers revealed the inefficiency of the Education Department. The Minister for Education, E.T. Mohammed Basheer, was equally responsible along with the officials on the issue. A comprehensive inquiry needed to be conducted and culprits brought to book, Mr. Sahadevan said.
