BANGALORE, MARCH 24. As many as 61 SSLC students were debarred on the last day of the examination on Thursday for alleged malpractices. The students wrote the Third Language paper. The highest number of cases was reported from Raichur where 29 students were debarred, followed by Dharwad. As many as 531 students have been debarred during the examination. The evaluation process will start from March 30, T.M. Kumar, Director, Karnataka State Education Examination Board (KSEEB), has said. This year, 8.21 lakh students were eligible to appear for the examination.
