Rothenberger forms subsidiary

NEW DELHI,
MARCH 25.
Rothenberger India, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the $260-million Rothenberger of Germany, today formally announced its entry into the premium pipe tools and machine segment in India. With more than 150 patents and trademarks, Rothenberger's entry into the domestic market is ensured to enhance the quality of pipe tools and machines.
Rothenberger, according to the Country Head, India Operations, J. P. Singh, is a leading manufacturer of a comprehensive range of premium pipe tools and machinery for use in plumbing, heating, refrigeration, gas and environmental technology.
The company's India outfit is located at an industrial estate on Mathura Road here.
