Free cardiac camp from May 1

MANGALORE, MARCH 26. A.J. Hospital and Research Centre in association with Rotary Club of Mangalore East, Vijayananda Printers, and Shrisha Seva Trust here will conduct a free cardiac camp, "Hrudaya Bhagya", at the hospital from May 1.

Prashanth Marla, Medical Director of the hospital, said there will be free cardiac consultation, electrocardiogram, ECHO and treadmill tests. He said angiogram will be performed at Rs. 4,000, an open heart surgery for Rs. 50,000, and other procedures in cardiology performed at high concession.

M.S. Gururaj, convener of the camp, appealed to those intending to participate in the camp to bring with them their medical history and records issued by their physicians.
