Balakrishna case: police file petition in HC
HYDERABAD,
MARCH 28.
The Hyderabad city police on Monday filed a petition in the AP High Court against the judgement given by the lower court acquitting cine actor Balakrishna in the shoot out case. Another appeal was filed with regard to the perjury case booked on producer Bellamkonda Suresh and astrologer Satyanarayana Chowdary for changing their versions in the lower court.
A police official said that the State Government's permission was sought to go in for the appeal.
