VISAKHAPATNAM, MARCH 29. Visakhapatnam Urban Development Authority (VUDA) has justified release of mobilisation advance of 5 per cent of the total cost of mega housing project being executed by Ms. Jurong Infrastructure Private Limited. The VUDA Chairman, P.S.N. Raju, and the Vice-Chairman, D. Vara Prasad, said that as per the agreement signed with Jurong for the Rs.138.21-crore project, they have to give mobilisation advance of 5 per cent initially and another 5 per cent after 20 per cent completion of the work on housing project proposed at Madhurawada.
