Janokka to go in for venture funding

CHENNAI: The Janokka Technologies Ltd (JTL) is in talks with venture capitalists for raising funds up to $1-2 million in the first round for developing its software solutions for 3G mobile switches, according to Suresh Kalpathi, the promoter of SSI. The company was involved in the development of signalling and switching solutions for enabling IP multimedia subsystem-based communication in third generation (3G) mobile networks. The Kalpathi family has funded the initial seed capital of Rs. 1 crore.
