ERODE, MARCH 29. An electrician was crushed to death and a crane operator sustained serious injuries while they were repairing a windmill at Ponnapuram near Dharapuram here on Monday evening. The police have identified the deceased as Sivakumar (27) and the injured as Pinto. He has been admitted to a hospital in Palladam. The accident occurred when the machine came crashing while being lifted using a crane.
