NEW DELHI, MARCH 29. Half-centuries by Anil Rana (88, 11x4, 1x6), Kuldeep Singh (72, 6x4, 3x6) and Ravi Ghikara (59, 2x4, 3x6) helped Delhi Police post an imposing total and clinch maximum points by virtue of its first innings lead against Youngsters Club in the Premier division match in the DDCA league here.
Premier division: Delhi Police 387 for nine in 90 overs (Anil Rana 88, Kuldeep Singh 72, Ravi Ghikara 59, Sanjay Verma 49, Harvinder Singh 48, Kamal Beniwal five for 88) drew with Youngsters Club 227 in 56.3 overs (Amit Chaudhary 112) and 152 for two in 21.2 overs (Kamal Beniwal 70, Rohit Sharma 61).
Super Plate-II: South Delhi Colts 258 for four in 25 overs (Pitamber Dutt 81, Mudabir Rashid 77, Rashid Khan 47) beat Sarojini Nagar 170 for six in 25 overs.
Lala Ram Charan Club 155 in 34.4 overs (Sobit Tyagi 28, Raj Gautam four for 52) lost to Three Star Club 156 for four in 37.5 overs.
Pioneer Club 154 in 39.3 overs (Ashu Sharma 56, Rajesh Kumar five for 14) lost to R.P. Academy 155 for two in 23.4 overs (Navdeep Tomar 90).
