Hoax bomb call in Chanakyapuri

NEW DELHI, MARCH 29. The New Delhi police were thrown into a tizzy today when they received a phone call claiming that a bomb had been planted in the British School at Chanakyapuri here. The call was later declared a hoax.According to the police, the call was received by the school authorities around 12-15 p.m. The local police team, along with the Bomb Disposal Squad, reached the spot and carried out a thorough search of the school premises. After about two hours of search, the call was declared a hoax.
