CHENNAI, MARCH 30. Allsec Technologies Limited, a voice based BPO company, which is entering the capital market with its initial public offering, has fixed a price band between Rs. 135 and Rs. 162 per share. The issue is a 100 per cent book built initial public offering, according a release. The company is offering 3.14 million equity shares of Rs. 10 for each at a premium. Of this the company has reserved 1.49 lakh shares for allotment to its employees and the balance will be allotted to the public. Half of the public portion has been reserved for allotment to qualified institutional buyers on a discretionary basis, 25 per cent for non-institutional investors and the balance 25 per cent for retail investors. The company would raise Rs. 42.40 crores at the lower end of the price band and Rs. 50.88 crores at the upper end.
