Rupee edges up

MUMBAI, MARCH 30. Overcoming early month-end and fiscal year-end pressures, the rupee today posted a mild relief-rally against the U.S. currency on fresh trade and expartriate remittances. In mostly range bound trading at the interbank foreign exchange market, the rupee closed at 43.8000/8150 a dollar, slightly higher from Tuesday's five-week closing low of 43.8150/8250. — PTI
