NEW DELHI, MARCH 30. The Union Home Minister, Shivraj Patil, today asserted that all steps would be taken to ensure a safe journey for passengers on the inaugural bus service between Srinagar and Muzaffarabad on April 7. "We are looking into all reports. All necessary steps are being taken to ensure full safety of the passengers and the bus," Mr. Patil told reporters here when asked about threats reportedly issued by the Kashmir Mass Movement, a shadow outfit of the Hizb-ul-Mujahideen and the Laskher-e-Taiba. Mr. Patil said: "We are in the process of gathering full information. Ours is a big country and these kinds of things do happen and there is nothing to worry. We will take all precautions." The Home Minister was talking to the reporters after inaugurating the Integrated Operations Centre (IOC) of his Ministry .
