Chief Justice inaugurates `Nyaya Vihar'

HYDERABAD,
MARCH 30.
The Chief Justice of the Andhra Pradesh High Court, Devinder Gupta, inaugurated 11 bungalow quarters - Nyaya Vihar - for judges at Shaikpet in the Jubilee Hills area on Wednesday.
Each house is spread over a plinth area of 4,600 sq. ft. and has a car shed and a servant quarters. The former Chief Justice of Supreme Court, A.R. Ahmadi, laid the foundation stone for the quarters.
Addressing the gathering, the Chief Secretary, Mohan Kanda, said the Government had sanctioned Rs. 14.5 crores for 14 houses to be built in an area of 13 acres. Three houses were under various stages of completion. Construction of three more bungalows and 40 servant quarters on two acres of land would be taken up later.
The Secretary, Law, Seetapati, and several judges were present.
