CHANDIGARH, MARCH 30. The teachers in Haryana would no longer have to visit the Directorate of Education to get their grievances redressed. They can send their grievances through e-mail as an e-mail Grievances Redressal Cell has been set up at the Directorate level, according to the Education Minister, Phool Chand Mullana. He added that e-mails can be sent to dsegrievance@hry.nic.in .Inder Pal Bishnoi, Joint Director (Administration) has been appointed nodal officer, he added. The grievances would be forwarded to the concerned branches which would dispose of them within 15 days and submit a weekly report to the nodal officer. If any case could not be dealt with within 15 days, the complainant would be informed in writing about the time period likely to be taken. Mr. Mullana said that similar cells had also been established at all district headquarters. .
