Narrow win for KTC

KOZHIKODE, MARCH 31. KTC beat Guruvayurappan College 1-0 in the Videocon Kozhikode District `A' Division football league here on Wednesday. Shoukath scored the winner.

In the `C' Division, Cosmos thrashed Liberal 4-1. Ali, Aneesh, Shafi and Salim were the scorers for the winner, while Jinesh pulled one back for Liberal. Young Gems and Soyuz drew 1-1. Faijaz scored for Gems and Nisar for Soyuz. NIT-C beat Udaya 3-2. Aneesh (two) and Vinod netted the goals for NIT-C, while Ayoob and Jinu were the scorers for Udaya.
