Rajgopalan stars for Mohan Meakins

NEW DELHI, MARCH 31. Ajay Rajgopalan's unbeaten 96 (7 x 4) steered Mohan Meakins to six-wicket win against State Bank of India in the Super Elite group II match in the DDCA cricket league here.

The scores (Super Elite-II):

State Bank of India 201 for eight in 40 overs (Punkaj Kaushik 60, Ajay Verma 45 not out, Vivek Khurana three for 44) lost to Mohan Meakins 203 for four in 36.4 overs (Ajay Rajgopalan 96 not out, Kunal Lal 40).

Super Elite-I: Pelican Club 230 in 39.4 overs (Ashwani Kapoor 59, Dinesh 30, Nitin five for 45) bt Century Club 188 in 36.3 overs (Ashok 66, Anil Rajput 37, Ashwani Kapoor four for 42).

Plate Division: Central Secretariat 258 in 36.3 overs (Atul Sharma 89, V. P. Gill 44, Rattan Lal 45, Prahlad three for 51) bt Indo Club 206 in 36.5 overs (Dalbir 66, Rakesh 30, Manoj Sharma three for 15).

Premier Division: Malviya Club 231 in 59.1 overs (Sachin Khurana 50, Bhuvnesh Sharma 40, Mahesh Sood three for 51, Joginder Singh three for 22) drew with Dena Bank 175 in 41 overs (Mahesh Sood 51, Praveen Thapar five for 42, Neeraj Chawla three for 40).
