MYSORE, MARCH 31. Seven employees of a factory at Nanjangud in Mysore district took ill due to suspected food poisoning on Thursday. Of them, one died at hospital. The name of the dead was given as Rajesh (23). According to hospital sources, the victims were admitted in critical condition and doctors attending on them suspected it to be a case of cyanide poisoning. The victims took ill at around 2.30 p.m. and were rushed to the BGS Apollo Hospital in Mysore. Four of them have been shifted to the ward. The condition of two employees is critical. The sources said one of them has been put on ventilator and is under observation.
