Ooty season from April 14
UDHAGAMANDALAM,
MARCH 31.
The 28-day Ooty racing season will start on Tamil New Year's day (April 14) and conclude on June 16, according to a press release from the Madras Race Club.
The race days:
April: 14, 15, 19, 20, 22, 25, 26 (Nilgiris Fillies Trial Stakes) and 29 (Nilgiris Colts Trial Stakes).
May: 2, 4, 7, 8, 11, 12 (Usha Stud Nilgiris Derby Stakes), 16, 18, 19, 23 (Nilgiris Gold Cup), 26, 27 and 30.
June: 2, 3, 6, 9, 10, 13 and 16.
