United Western Bank to raise Tier I capital
CHENNAI: The directors of United Western Bank will meet on April 7 to consider various options of raising Tier I capital and appropriation from reserves / utilisation from share premium account. In case it was decided to raise capital through any of the options the bank would convene a general meeting of the shareholders to seek their approval, the bank has informed the stock exchanges.
