GUNTUR, MARCH 31. The Andhra Pradesh Amaraveerula Bandhumitrula Sangham will file a complaint with the Andhra Pradesh State Human Rights Committee (APSHRC) district court against the alleged illegal confinement of Boppuri Anjamma, widow of Lakshmaiah, for more than three days by the police. According to Anjamma, she was taken to the Nagarampalem police station in Guntur by eight armed policemen that night and the next day she was brought to the Police Club, where she was interrogated by the Chilakaluripet Circle Inspector of Police, Ramesh Babu, and the SI, Daharmendra, along with other higher officials.
