COIMBATORE, MARCH 31 . Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), Coimbatore, has proposed to conduct an adalat in April for its cellular subscribers.
Pending issues
The adalat to be presided by the Principal General Manager, BSNL, Coimbatore, would hear complaints relating to incoming call charges while roaming, redressal pending before the cellular services headquarters of BSNL in Tiruchirapalli, refunds, billing redressal pending for over six months. Complaints would be entertained only from individual subscribers and the complainant should have exhausted all the proper channels availablebefore approaching the adalat. Earlier representations sent to the BSNL ,as a proof for accepting the case before the adalat, should be enclosed. The complainant should mention his address for communication and phone number in his complaint copy and address the same to N. Ranganathan, Public Relations Officer, BSNL PGM office, Bharathi Park Road, Coimbatore 641 043.

The complaint cover should be superscripted `BSNL Cell Services Adalat' and reach the office by April 5. The date, time and venue of the adalat will be intimated to the complainants individually by post.
