VILLUPURAM, MARCH 31. The Pattali Makkal Katchi will soon launch a ``people's movement to assert rights to education up to the college level and to urge the State government to remove the anomalies plaguing the education system," S. Ramadoss, founder-leader, said today. As a prelude to it, the party will organise district-level "Rights to Education conferences" during April, May and June, and a State-level meet by mid-June at Cuddalore to create awareness about the ills afflicting the education system. Those who had discontinued their studies owing to financial reasons and their parents would participate. If the government did not address the situation by then, the party would resort to agitation, he told a press conference at Thailapuram near here.
