THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, MARCH 31. The State Government has initiated steps to bring back those women facing problems in Kuwait and to solve the hardship faced by them. A high-level meeting held under the chairmanship of the Chief Minister, Oommen Chandy, here today decided to contact the Indian Ambassador in Kuwait to solve the problems faced by the women from the State, an official release said. The meeting was attended by the Chief Secretary, Palat Mohandas; the Principal Secretary, Norka, Jiji Thomson; the Indian Overseas Office Secretary, S. Krishnakumar; the Joint Secretary in-charge of the Gulf Division, J. S. Dayal, among others.
